Editing RSVP.PRINT.POSTSCRIPT
If you want to continue to use the (unsupported) Adobe Acrobat PDF interface, then you can set the value for RSVP.PRINT.POSTSCRIPT to false. The advanced server property, RSVP.PRINT.POSTSCRIPT, is used to control which interface you want to use to print a PDF from a UNIX operating system.

Procedure
- Launch IBM Cognos Administration.
- On the Status tab, click System.
- In the upper left corner of the Scorecard pane, click the arrow to view the Change view menu, point to Services and then click Batch Report.
- Click the arrow next BatchReportService, and then click Set properties.
- Click the Settings tab.
- Click Edit next to Advanced Settings.
- Select Override the settings acquired from the parent entry.
- In the Parameter column, type RSVP.PRINT.POSTSCRIPT.
- In the Value column, type false.
- Click OK.
- On the Set properties page, click OK.
