When you run a report in an export format such as PDF, delimited text (CSV), Microsoft Excel spreadsheet software (XLS), the IBM Cognos report name is now used as the exported file name. This allows you to save the report output using the same name as the original report. - New for Metric Studio

You can use logging to diagnose user-specific problems. - Convert Numeric Search Keys to Strings in Queries
You can now enable conversion of numeric search keys to strings in queries for some data sources, such as Teradata, that do not make the conversion, which causes an error. - Group 1 Language Support in IBM Cognos Business Intelligence
With this release of IBM Cognos Business Intelligence, the following Group 1 languages are supported in the product user interface, the search functionality, and the indexed search functionality: English, Chinese (simplified and traditional), Japanese, Korean, French, German, Italian, Spanish, and Portuguese (Brazil). - Braces and Parentheses are Breakable
When you run a report in PDF format, braces {} and parentheses () no longer stay on the same line as the text before them.
