Access to interactive activities
Interactive activities in IBM® Cognos® Business Intelligence are not filtered by the tenant ID when multitenancy is enabled. Therefore, access to interactive activities must be controlled so that users cannot see the content belonging to different tenants.
All users can view background activities and interactive activities in the Current Activities page in My Activities and Schedules in Cognos Connection. Administrators can see Current Activities on the Status tab in Cognos Administration as well. For more information, see Manage Past Activities.
